Shipping & Returns Policy

Freight (LTL) Shipments

 

All freight must ship to a commercial address. We will not ship freight purchased on the website to a residential address. A contact name and phone number is required and will be contacted prior to delivery. 

All freight rates will include lift gate at the delivery end unless specified otherwise; please contact us to add any additional accessorials. Be advised that the recipient will need the means of unloading (pallet jack, helpers, etc.).

 

Damaged Freight

 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect shipment at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, please refuse the shipment or mark the carrier’s paperwork properly to indicate damage. Damages must be noted on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier at the time of delivery and Shop Design must be contacted within 24 hours.

 

 

 

Package (Non-LTL) Shipments

Please contact info@shopdesigninc.com within 14 days of receipt with the order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. An RMA will be issued for approved returns only
; no returns are accepted without an RMA. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee and outbound and inbound shipping costs unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
