Custom Fixtures

At Shop Design, whether creating an additional fixture piece to complete the design of your shop or creating an entire store roll-out program, no project is too big or too small for us to handle. Our engineers take design concepts and develop them to create the most cost-effective and flexible store fixtures. Keeping the design of the fixture and value engineering in mind, we don't forget about the smaller details involved in creating these fixtures, such as durability, end-function, freight, packaging and ease of installation.

It all starts with an idea. By listening to our customers and understanding the end product function, our design team will then create concept drawings of what we feel is the fixture needed. Shop Design's design team and manufacturing team will  then collaborate to determine which materials should be used to create the most cost effective fixtures.

After a conceptual design is established for these custom fixtures, they are drawn and modeled in 3D CAD software for our clients. Once given the final approval, we can either go straight into production or create a physical prototype of the fixture. All of fixtures are then ran through testing and quality inspection before being packaged up for shipment. Our distribution team will then make sure that the delivery and installation process go as seamless as possible.
